Return & Exchange Policy
At Seasonal Blooms Holmfirth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your flowers or the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Please note that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
